PRINCIPAL

As the partner of LUMEN+TAG, Mr.Lee specializes in planning conceptual development projects, green building design, energy studies, computational analysis while managing selected projects. In 30 years of experience, Mr.Lee has continually practiced architectural design, construction and development, consulting engineering.
He has extensive experience in all building types.

PHILIP RABINOWITZ, AIA

PRINCIPAL

As the partner of LUMEN+TAG, Mr. Rabinowitz is responsible for the executive administration of all projects.
During his 40 years of professional experience he has directed the design and construction of projects in excess of 250 million dollars. He insures that the firm meets a client's needs in an innovative and cost effective manner.
He takes great pride in his ability to be personally involved with each of the firm's projects and, as a result, the firm has won several design awards.
